By placing an order, you agree to my terms of service.
GENERAL TERMS
Any commissioned music includes commercial rights!
All beats are in YOUR name; any possibility of reselling the beat is inadmissible.
Be clear about what you want, always providing detailed references.
Urgent commissions will have an additional fee of 20% to 50% of the initial value, depending on the urgency level.
If another urgent commission arises during yours and it needs to be postponed, you will be notified and can decide whether to keep the commission or not.
Your file will be delivered via Google Drive or Discord.

I still retain the rights to my commissions for use in portfolios and to showcase the process of how the commission was created.
PAYMENT
Refunds are not applicable after the product has been delivered.
Payments can be made via PayPal or PIX.
50% of the payment must be made upon project approval, and the remaining 50% must be paid after the product is delivered.
If you choose to pay the full commission amount upfront, your request will be prioritized.
If I encounter a personal issue that prevents me from delivering the commission, I reserve the right to cancel the order and, if necessary, refund the amount paid.
PROCESS
If you request changes to the music, be clear about the adjustments and, if possible, provide additional references to guide me.
You are entitled to 2 free revisions. After these, any further changes will incur a fee of 20% of the original commission value.
In case of cancellation after project approval but before the final product is delivered, a refund of the paid amount will be applicable.
As the commissioner, you have the following rights:
To use the music for personal purposes.
To use the music for commercial purposes.
To use the music for self-promotion, provided proper credit is given.
To use the music as part of your own OST, also with proper credit.
WHAT I DO:
I create all kinds of music, as long as you understand that you are solely a client and that I have no personal or professional affiliation with you. I am not responsible for any purposes for which the music may be used.
